About Ballenger Realty
Ballenger Realty was started in 2000.
Ballenger Realty’s philosophy from day one was to “always do the right thing”. This philosophy still holds true today. This has meant that Ballenger Realty has acquired an enviable reputation throughout the Beaufort area amongst clients and agents alike.
The company was started because we felt we could offer an improved service to our clients by having the freedom of our own company, and being able to make our own business decisions.
At the present time, the company has approximately 30 agents. As a policy, we have tended to be a little “choosy” who we hired, preferring quality over quantity. Having said that, we are the second largest “independent” company in Northern Beaufort County.
Ballenger Realty is active in the “Keep America Beautiful” program, taking part in a regular litter pickup. We also work with the “Red Door” part of the Carolina Hospice Care. The company has had three “Realtor of The Year” awards. Our agents are on numerous boards and committees throughout the Beaufort area. Everett Ballenger was President of the Beaufort County Association of Realtors in 2008, and we were voted best Real Estate company by the readers of the Beaufort Gazette in 2008.
