I am married for 37 years to my college sweetheart, Peggy.
I have a Son, 28 and Daughter 25, neither living with us at this time.
Graduated from the University of Louisville School of Business, degree in Economics.
I spent some 35 years in the electrical business world ending up as a part owner of a factory automation business prior to going into real estate in 2002 in Kentucky . Finding that Real Estate was a good match for my sales skills, as well as being an independent contractor, I successfully capitalized on the situation. (The factory automation business died as a result of 9/11 forcing a freeze on capital funds).
We fell in love with Beaufort in 2001 and bought a lot for our retirement home and visited 3-4 times a year until moving here in June 2007. Now we are making plans to finally build the house on our lot on Harbor Island as soon as we can get everything in place.
I am glad to join the Ballenger team and hope that I can contribute to the overall success of the company.
